  • How much will it cost?

    We’ll give you a precise, detailed estimate after we’ve met to discuss your project. This will include a cost breakdown of the full build programme so there are no nasty hidden extras or unwelcome surprises. We won’t pass on our VAT charges to you either, which gives you a significant saving.

  • When can you start?

    As soon as we can! This is usually within 12 weeks of our initial meeting.

  • How long will it take?

    We’ll include a full timetable with our quotation, so you can see at a glance how long each stage should take and when work will be completed.

  • Do I have to move out?

    This is of course entirely up to you but we are usually able to manage major renovations with as little disruption as possible to occupants and keep our working area clean and tidy.

  • Are you able to do small extensions/home improvements or just big projects?

    Absolutely! We are happy to take on smaller projects and can guarantee our service will be to the same high standards as our bigger builds, delivered by the same, skilled tradesmen.

  • What region do you cover?

    We welcome projects across East Yorkshire, including the major towns of Bridlington, Beverley, and Driffield, plus all the surrounding villages, as well as the lower coastal region of North Yorkshire, including Scarborough and Filey.
