We really appreciated that you always arrived on time and came every day until the job was completed. We were also very much impressed by the way you were always leaving ourplace extremely tidy. Therefore, it was always a pleasure coming home to a clean house...

We were also pleasantly surprised about the excellent quality of materials you have used as well as the speed, efficency and quality of work you have delivered. The whole extension process was very well organized and went smoothly. We did appreciate the way your company handled the job. Obviously, we also recognised the extra condsideration you have given us especially as you are always available whenever we needed you: special Thank You for keeping us updated on a daily basis. We now have a much more functional home thanks to you.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done. The fact that you took sketches, photographs and verbal instructions and carried then out perfectly is a true delight. It was what impressed us about your company at first and we are pleased to see you have never lost your magic touch.

We are definitely very impressed by your outstanding customer service, therefore, without hesitation, you can be assured that we would highlt recommend your company to anyone that requires a building project.

Finally, we just would like to say we will definitely use you again foe any future work we may plan for our home.

Belvedere Parade Construction of Balcony

Belvedere Parade has probably the best sea views in Bridlington overlooking the bay. To complement these views Mr & Mrs Soar and Mr Ramsden Had large Balcony’s constructed to the front of their buildings.

These comprised of an extension to the garage below, built using concrete block and beams with  screeded floor and sealed using a specialised product “ Kemprol V210” to ensure a watertight seal and finished with a porcelain frost free floor tiles. To form a wind break a steel frame was formed and then inset with UPVC panels.

To complement this balcony the driveways/frontage to both properties was also renewed using bridle block pavers.

Dear Tom,

Just a few words to say many thanks for the work carried out, in the construction of our extent ion to our garage and overhead balcony.

I can only comment on the professional standard of your staff, and can only say this was superb. Your health and safety was very professional, your staff arrived on time and were very helpful to myself and my wife.

The site was left clean & tidy, all building materials were moved for access for our cars at night.

And the work was to a very high standard.

I'm a proud owner of a fantastic extension to the front of my property.

Dear Tom,

Just a few words re our purchase of No. 4 Pearson Close. We absolutely love our new home which we spent a long time choosing as having now retired, we’re hoping this will be our last move. This is the third time we have bought a newly built house and it’s by far the best buying experience we have had.

The time you spent with us personally on the viewings was invaluable and you were always available when we wanted to talk or query anything with the property before purchase. Since moving in you have spent time to follow up on any queries and all of this has made sure that we have settled in well.

We were extremely impressed with the opportunity to visit Howdens with you to make our selections for the kitchen fittings and appliances – and your recommendations re carpet fitters (who you liaised with to ensure our carpets were all in place prior to us moving in) was really helpful – moving was never as easy as this before.

Our house is excellent, in both construction and fittings, which are to a high standard.

House buying and moving are usually high stress activities but your personal attention made the whole process so ‘stress free ‘ for us.

We would have no hesitation in recommending your company or services.

Puffin Cottage Flamborough

Puffin cottage was a renovation job, to convert an old out-building into a guest/summer room, although this was only a small building it is packed full of interesting features such as the vaulted ceiling with electric velux ,log burning stove, shower room and fitted wardrobes. As well as bringing the old building back to life we also did all the landscapes and fencing works to finish the project to a high standard.
