Box Hill Scarborough Rear Extension
This comprised of a large rear extension creating a new bedroom with feature lighting wall. with a walk in wardrobe a new bathroom and a extension to create a stunning dining area to the kitchen.
Extension Orchard Way Pocklington for Mr & Mrs Grainger
We have just completed a rear extension for Mr & Mrs Grainger and are due to start a large side extension January 2010.
3 Bedroom Detached Bungalow Pocklington for Mr & Mrs Carlton
We are currently in the process of building the bungalow for Mr & Mrs Carlton with a completion expected in March 2010.
Puffin Cottage, Flamborough
Puffin cottage was a renovation job, to convert an old out-building into a guest/summer room, although this was only a small building it is packed full of interesting features such as the vaulted ceiling with electric velux, log burning stove, shower room and fitted wardrobes. As well as bringing the old building back to life we also did all the landscapes and fencing works to finish the project to a high standard.

This comprised of extension of the bungalow to create more space to the existing rooms upstairs to also create a new bathroom and en-suite.
Construction of garage and utility room for Mr C Maskill, Flamborough
This extension was to create a large utility room and garage due to the boundary to the side this was built on an angle to maximise the size of the extension.

Belvedere Parade Construction of Balcony
Belvedere Parade has probably the best sea views in Bridlington overlooking the bay. To complement these views Mr & Mrs Soar and Mr Ramsden Had large Balcony’s constructed to the front of their buildings.

We are currently carrying out a contract to replace garden walls throughout the Yorkshire area the current contract is to replace over 88,000 bricks.
