With experienced on site management we will ensure your development runs smoothly throughout the build process and that all current health and safety legislation is adhered to at all times.
Landscaping & Maintenance

Working in association with local Contractors, we offer a full ground working package to residential and commercial clients from private small works to large on site works we have the plant and machinery to tackle most projects.

A full landscaping and maintenance service is also available to residential and commercial clients.

Groundworks

With a wide variety of plant and machinery we can offer a full professional on site service for residential and commercial clients from foundations to completion including roads and sewers.

Springvale Homes also offer a service for all your building needs from small, minor alterations through to large extensions.

Box Hill Scarborough Rear Extension
This comprised of a large rear extension creating a new bedroom with feature lighting wall. with a walk in wardrobe a new bathroom and a extension to create a stunning dining area to the kitchen.
           
 
Puffin Cottage, Flamborough
Puffin cottage was a renovation job, to convert an old out-building into a guest/summer room, although this was only a small building it is packed full of interesting features such as the vaulted ceiling with electric velux, log burning stove, shower room and fitted wardrobes. As well as bringing the old building back to life we also did all the landscapes and fencing works to finish the project to a high standard.

Dormer construction for Mr Parr, Flamborough.

This comprised of extension of the bungalow to create more space to the existing rooms upstairs to also create a new bathroom and en-suite.
                 
 
Construction of garage and utility room for Mr C Maskill, Flamborough

This extension was to create a large utility room and garage due to the boundary to the side this was built on an angle to maximise the size of the extension.

Belvedere Parade Construction of Balcony

Belvedere Parade has probably the best sea views in Bridlington overlooking the bay. To complement these views Mr & Mrs Soar and Mr Ramsden Had large Balcony’s constructed to the front of their buildings.
 
 
Replacement Garden Walls

We are currently carrying out a contract to replace garden walls throughout the Yorkshire area the current contract is to replace over 88,000 bricks.
